It is a One Hundred Fourteen (114) hectare property located in Nueva Valencia, Guimaras, Philippines. The property has more than one (1) kilometer of shoreline. At one end, lies more than three hundred (300) meters of pristine white sand beach. At the opposite end, there is a long stretch of white sand beach. However, a fishing village is located at the back of it. The terrain varies from flat lands to low slopes and to medium sized hills abutting portions of the coastline. In the whole island of Guimaras, this property has the longest stretch of white sand beach.

The property is located close to the national highway and in fact, some of its portions are adjacent to the said road. Aside from that, along its boundaries away from the national road runs a paved provincial road. Thus, there is no problem of access to any portion of the property from the road. It is located in the town proper about ten minutes from the municipal hall.

From Jordan Wharf which is facing Iloilo City, it will take around forty five (45) minutes to reach the property by land considering that it is located on the other side across the island of Guimaras. It can likewise be reached by motorized "banca" (small boat) from Iloilo City in one and a half (1 1/2) hours or twenty five (25) minutes by speed boat.

The property is shaped like a cove. The property is positioned at the bottom part of the cove such that no portion of the property is exposed to the open sea and it is always protected from the full force of any storm or typhoon. Because of its location, the waters off the beaches of the property are calm all year round.

The property has two titles. One is 2.1 hectares and the other 2.6 hectares. The 2.1 hectares contains my old octagon shaped solar powered one bedroom house. The property is surrounded by the ocean on two sides and the back side is an inlet where you can dock a boat and have a small fishpond. The 2.6 hectares property is side by side with the 2.1 hectares property.

There are some fruit and coconut trees and a lot of flowery plants too. There are also walkways and other structures in the property.
